Any workshop has to keep track of many small items. In a busy shared space this is even more challenging. The borough council has supported the MakerSpace to build a “storage solution” for us.

Steve H explained the complete process: from the initial idea; through getting the council to sponsor; purchasing the physical components; assembling the framework; building a web based system; to populating the boxes.  He also showed how members can use the new system to find the items they need.
