Maritime House (65 New Road) is being sold to the MakerSpace.  We raised the funds required to purchase the building and are currently doing so.

The bonds will pay 4.5% interest and be repaid over 8 years.  Bonds would be secured against the property. The opportunity was open to any investors, not just members.
